Rainscaping Cost-Share Program

Each landowner with property located in one of these Program Focus Areas (Denny, Monsanto-Sunswept, and Pebble Creek sub-watersheds, Rock Hill and Shady Grove sub-watersheds, Hampton-Claytonia and Lower Deer Creek sub-watersheds) is eligible to receive a rebate of 75% of approved and documented costs up to a maximum of $4,500 for project design, implementation, and/or maintenance costs incurred for Rainscaping Cost-Share funded feature(s).

Rainscaping practices can include features such as rain gardens, bioswales, trees and shrubs, green roofs, etc. to slow down, soak up and reuse rainwater before it carries pollutants to a local stream.  Rainscaping can also be employed to solve a drainage problem, increase aesthetic appeal, improve property values, and/or attract birds and butterflies, in addition to other benefits.

You are required to attend an orientation for landowners (if you haven't previously attended one within the past two years) to learn more about the Rainscaping Cost-Share Program if you would like to apply.

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ORIENTATIONS FOR ROUND H HAVE NOW PASSED.  SIGN UP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO RECEIVE A NOTICE WHEN ADDITIONAL ORIENTATION OPPORTUNITIES BECOME AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE.
