RESCHEDULED DATE DUE TO WEATHER
In observance of and in conjunction with the 2024 City Nature Challenge being held from April 26–April 29, 2024, join us on Wednesday, May 29th at 4 PM for a Deer Creek Nature Challenge live macroinvertebrate identification session to collect, document, and identify macros and compliment the Missouri Stream Team Water Quality Monitoring training. If you are thinking about completing the training, you would like to go out with someone to brush up on your skills, or you have completed the training, but aren't sure where to start, then this session is for you.
Water quality monitoring not only gives you an idea of the health of your favorite stream, but it also lets you peek at the life under the water and rocks. The Missouri Stream Team Program offers free trainings that don't require previous experience or education.
Also, learn more and register for upcoming Missouri Stream Team Program trainings field certifications in the St. Louis area and throughout the state.
Hopefully the weather will cooperate. Registered participants will be notified through email by noon on Wednesday, May 29th, if cancellation becomes necessary.
